Fun weekend with some quilt show ribbons & Janet Evanovich

Mom's quilt show was this weekend so Marian took off Friday and we joined our friends, Gina and Nancy, and took off for Crossville. It was a very nice show with lots of beautiful quilts. I put in 5 quilts and surprise - I won two ribbons! A second and a third.

On Saturday Marian headed off to a guild workshop and I headed to Barnes & Noble Bookstore. Janet Evanovich was there to sign books.

The lady with her back to us is her daughter, Alex. I waited 4 hours but I got her autograph on the latest Nick Fox book.

St. Louis Consumer Training

Here are pictures from our Consumer Training in St. Louis. It was a fun trip. Got to see Cheri Stephens twice. Ginny, Karen and I had a great time.

This was the first time I lead the sit down training. I had 4 students. Lots of fun!

My First Class Taught at a National Show

Juki was responsible for teaching a class at the Stitches United event in Atlanta, GA in June 2019. One of the classes was Using Rulers on your domestic sewing machine. Karen, my boss, asked me to teach it. I only had five people in the class, but I think it went well. Here is the list of my students.
