2021 Fun Things I did

We are still in the middle of this Covid-19 mess. I got my second vaccine on April 1st. It kicked my butt for about 36 hours, but it was worth it. On April 12th I had my first real trip. My friends, Mary and John and I headed to Nashville to see the Picasso exhibit at the Frist Museum.

Then on April 18, Mom, Marian and I went to the Cumberland County Playhouse and saw the play Clue. It was cute and so, so happy to see live theatre again!
We went to the beach!!!! Marian, Taylor and I headed to Tybee Island, GA for almost a week. It was so nice to be away. We mostly hung out on the beach, reading and talking. We did spend one day in Savannah. Did a history walk and a ghost tour. Karen Pharr came over the day before we left and we hung at the beach and went to dinner. The jelly fish were crazy, washing up on the beach by the thousands. It had something to do with the full moon.

Our first movie of the year was Cruella and it was wonderful. Loved being back in the theatre. We made a day of it with lunch at Not Watsons, shopping at Mast General and then ice cream at Kilwin's.
The Sunday after we returned from the beach we went to Mom's and put together the chairs we got her for Mother's Day, then we went to see The Savannah Sipping Society.

Taylor and I went to see the Braves play the Giants in August. We had a great time!
Labor Day was finally our trip to Atlanta to see HAMILTON!!!!!
It was beyond fabulous!
